Zalfarmillah Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd. expresses its full commitment in adhering to the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policy by making it as one of core value in the operations of the company.

Zalfarmillah Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd. reckons that both employers and employees have shared responsibility in the maintenance of a healthy, safety and environment performance to achieve efficient and effective management.

Zalfarmillah Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd. will provide the safety promising environment for the employers, employees, suppliers and clients to prevent any occurence of injury towards the individuals or caused by their own action to maintain a zero incident culture.

• Complying with the applicable health, safety and environment statues and legislation
• Conduct regular inspection and hazard assessment to prevent injury or any work-related illness besides provide hazard controls of the risk that could arise due to work activities.
• Develop contingency plans in the event of emergency to reduce any upcoming potential impacts that could affect health and safety of employees.
• Engage and communicate with employees on day to day basis to discuss and address risk regarding HSE.
• Implement programs and carry out recycling, pollution prevention, waste minimization and conversation of natural resources in the event to reduce environment impact.
• Incorporate applicable health, safety and environmental consideration into daily business routine in accordance with the regulations and standards.
• Investigate accidents to prevent the recurrence for continual improvement HSE performance and management of the company.
• Minimize hazard and environmental risk by implementation of safety program.
• Provide adequate training, information, assessment and instruction regarding health, safety and environmental to ensure the competency of the employee.
• Provide and maintain health, safety and environmental area in the company which includes the facilities, equipment and machinery that are being used.

 

• To establish procedure to meet basic requirement of the company.
• To develop and consolidate workable practices  and procedures.
• To maintain uniformity by all concerned.
• To establish specific rsponsibilities of all employees for an effective loss prevention program.

Zalfarmillah Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd. believes that SAFETY awareness among the employees can be encourage by having regular safety discussion and meetings involving all employees in establishing safe working operating habits.

SAFETY of you colleagues and you depends on your action. Through these guidelines it is expected that all employees will find the means of protecting themselves and associated with them from accidents which may results in material loss, injury and death which will bring grief to family, friends and company.
